Non-Invasive Cardiology Opening in San Diego, California:

Private practice in San Diego with well-established patient base seeking additional cardiologist for expansion; primarily clinic based responsibility
Collaborative approach with an interventional cardiologist in two clinic locations
Limited call/weekend coverage
Multidisciplinary team approach with support from cardiology NPs and PA
New construction cardiovascular center with on-site echo, vascular, and nuclear studies
Excellent compensation package with competitive pay and benefits in sunny, Southern California
Up to $450,000+ first year compensation
Signing bonus toward moving expenses in addition to competitive compensation package
Will consider full-time and part-time applicants with appropriate qualifications

General Cardiologist is responsible for and not limited to the following:

Evaluate patient through questions, examinations, symptom review, and medical testing
Set patient goals and discuss a treatment plan based on results of testing
Establish timelines, tasks, and medical needs of the patient
Develop plan of care for medications and/or treatments to help patients reach their goal
Educate the patient, patient's family, significant others, and relevant parties of patient progress, treatment, and future goals

Requirements:

Active California Medical License
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
